利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、App Global合同会社（以下「当社」）が提供するMacroFactor Share Maker（以下「本ツール」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本ツールを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 本ツールの内容
本ツールは、アプリのスクリーンショット、ロゴ・CTAバー、食事写真などをブラウザ内で合成し、ユーザーが画像を保存または共有できるようにするものです。
2. 利用料金
本ツールは無料で提供されます。本ツール単体について、当社は利用料金、サブスクリプション料金、決済機能を提供しません。
3. ユーザーの責任
ユーザーは、以下について自己の責任で確認し、利用するものとします。
- アップロードまたは選択する画像について、必要な権利または許可を有していること
- 生成した画像の投稿先サービスの規約、広告・アフィリエイト規約、各種ガイドラインを遵守すること
- 紹介コード、CTA文言、栄養情報、食事内容、その他投稿内容が正確で誤解を招かないこと
- 第三者の個人情報、肖像、機密情報、権利を侵害しないこと
4. 禁止事項
ユーザーは、本ツールを以下の目的で利用してはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 第三者の権利、名誉、信用、プライバシーを侵害する行為
- 虚偽または誤認を招く表示、スパム、詐欺的な宣伝への利用
- 本ツールまたはホスティング環境に過度な負荷をかける行為
- 本ツールの不正アクセス、改ざん、リバースエンジニアリング、妨害行為
5. 知的財産権
本ツールのソフトウェア、画面設計、文言その他当社が作成した要素に関する権利は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーが本ツールに読み込む画像や、ユーザー自身が入力する紹介コード・文言に関する権利は、ユーザーまたは各権利者に留保されます。
MacroFactorの名称、ロゴ、その他ブランド要素は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは、適用されるアフィリエイト条件、ブランドガイドライン、権利者の許諾範囲に従ってこれらを利用してください。
6. 生成画像の利用
ユーザーは、本規約および適用される第三者規約に従う限り、本ツールで生成した画像を保存、共有、SNS投稿に利用できます。当社は、生成画像の内容、正確性、投稿結果、広告・アフィリエイト成果を保証しません。
7. 免責
本ツールは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当社は、本ツールが常に利用可能であること、エラーがないこと、特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。ユーザーによる画像の利用、投稿、共有、保存、または第三者サービス上での利用により生じた損害について、当社は法令上認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
8. サービスの変更・停止
当社は、必要に応じて本ツールの内容を変更、一時停止、終了することがあります。
9. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本ツールに関して紛争が生じた場合、法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of MacroFactor Share Maker (the "Tool") provided by App Global LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Tool, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Tool
The Tool allows users to combine app screenshots, logo/CTA bars, and food photos in the browser, then save or share the resulting image.
2. Fees
The Tool is provided free of charge. We do not provide paid subscriptions, payment processing, or purchases through the Tool itself.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming that:
- You have the necessary rights or permissions for images you select or upload into the Tool.
- Your generated images comply with the terms, advertising rules, affiliate rules, and guidelines of any service where you post them.
- Intro codes, CTA text, nutrition information, meal content, and other post content are accurate and not misleading.
- Your use does not infringe anyone's personal information, likeness, confidential information, or rights.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Tool for:
- Illegal or harmful activity.
- Infringing the rights, reputation, privacy, or credit of others.
- False or misleading claims, spam, or deceptive promotion.
- Excessive load or abuse of the Tool or hosting environment.
- Unauthorized access, tampering, reverse engineering, or interference with the Tool.
5. Intellectual Property
Rights in the Tool's software, interface, text, and other materials created by us belong to us or the applicable rights holders. Rights in images you select and text you enter remain with you or the applicable rights holders.
MacroFactor names, logos, and brand elements belong to their respective owners. Use them only in accordance with applicable affiliate terms, brand guidelines, and permissions from the rights holder.
6. Generated Images
Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party terms, you may save, share, and post images generated with the Tool. We do not guarantee the content, accuracy, posting result, advertising performance, or affiliate outcome of generated images.
7. Disclaimer
The Tool is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Tool will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages arising from your use, posting, sharing, saving, or third-party-service use of images generated with the Tool.
8. Changes or Suspension
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Tool when necessary.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes related to the Tool will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
